I live in a northern country where the sun rarely dares to appear during the long months of winter. I've lived on a green island where it rains till the cobwebs glisten. I often feel like I'm in a weird state of limbo between England and Finland: belonging to both, yet also neither. The curse of being bi-cultural, I suppose...

I write
¤ fanfiction (Supernatural and The Dark Knight);
¤ original fiction - the thing I'm mainly inspired for these days.
I dance
¤ Finnish folk dance, mainly - one of the best things in the world
¤ and dabble in various other styles: tap, lindy hop, ballroom dance, contemporary.
I play the fiddle
¤ although not as much as I'd like to. Scandinavian/Finnish folk music is my happy place.
I draw
¤ although lately I've been lavishing my creativity on so many other things that serious visual art has been set aside. I want to get back in the groove of drawing, painting with my watercolours, making comics.
